Feed Ton Bags for Australian Customer
Recently, we（hebei shengshi jintang packaging co.,ltd) made a batch of custom ton bags for our Australian customer. These ton bags are used to hold feed and will be sent to Australia soon. All the ton bags are high quality, and the customer is very satisfied with them.This is a custom order, and we can change many things according to the customer’s requirements. It is easy for us to make the ton bags that the customer wants.
Let’s talk about the details of these custom feed ton bags. First, they have corner loop slings (this is a special part to lift the ton bags easily). The corner loop slings are strong and safe, so they can lift heavy feed easily. Second, the color of the slings can be customized. The customer can choose any color they like, which makes the ton bags more special.
Third, the minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces. If you need custom ton bags too, you can order at least 1000 pieces. Fourth, the ton bags have a waist belt. The waist belt makes the ton bags stronger. When the ton bags are full of feed, they will not be easily damaged.
Fifth, there are lifting loops at the bottom of the ton bags. The bottom lifting loops are very useful. They help to load and unload the feed easily. Sixth, the ton bags have top and bottom openings. These openings are for loading and unloading feed. It is very convenient to put feed into the ton bags and take it out.
The feed producer in Australia requires that the bags must be UV-resistant and able to hold 1500KG of feed. They also put forward a new requirement: for the next batch of goods, they hope we can do 4-side printing. We will also meet the customer’s needs. When they have the design pattern, I can share it with you.
Regarding the packaging, they hope it is strong and not easy to be damaged.they usually pack 50 pieces per bale, and one container can hold about 10,000 pieces.
We have been cooperating with the Australian customer for 15 years, and they trust us very much. This is just one type of their ton bags. Later, I will also share with you the square-bottomed and open-mouth feed bags they ordered from us, which range from 25kg to 30KG.
