How to customize samples of ordinary PP woven bags
Hebei Shengshi Jintang packaging co.,ltd mainly provide custom woven bag solutions for all our customers.
Before customers place full container orders, many of them will ask us to make pre-production samples first. We will produce small samples according to their requirements, including size, printing, material and thickness.After customers check and confirm that the samples are satisfying, we will start mass production of the whole container goods.This process can help customers avoid unnecessary risks and make sure the bulk goods are exactly what they need. We always support sample-making service for every client.
· First of all, we confirmed the details of the woven fabric with the customer, including its thickness, width and color.
· Next, we decided whether to add lamination film on the bag and do custom printing on the surface.
· After all these details were settled, we started to cut the material into proper sizes.
· Finally, we finished the whole bag by professional sewing process.
Sample customization is free of charge.
Only when the printing design is very complicated, you need to pay for the plate fee.one color around $60. it depends on your bag size.
