This 40HC container is fully loaded with our color printed woven bags. There are a total of 360,000 pieces of bags inside, and the total weight is about 27 tons. All bags are well packed and fixed in the container. They can stay safe and clean during long sea shipping and repeated loading and unloading.

We ship all goods from Tianjin Xingang Port in China. It is a big and safe international port. The shipping time from our port to African ports is about 55 to 65 days. We will follow the whole shipping process and update the latest ship information to our customers on time.

The normal production time for one full 40-foot container is 40 to 45 days. This time covers all work steps, including raw material preparation, bag weaving, color printing, quality check and final packing. During production, we can send photos and videos to let customers know the real production progress. If customers have urgent orders, we can try our best to speed up the production.

We provide full custom service for woven bags to fit your local market needs. You can customize the following three main parts:

First, custom size. We can make different bag sizes, thickness and weight. No matter you need small, medium or large bags for grain, building materials or other goods, we can make the right size for you.

Second, custom logo and printing. We can print your brand logo, company name, product information and any pattern you need. The printing color is bright and not easy to fade. It helps your products look more professional and build your own brand in the local market.

Third, custom packaging method. We have many packing ways for finished bags, such as strap packing, film packing and carton packing. We will choose the best packing way to protect the bags from dust and wetness during long transport.

To help us make the most suitable bags for you and finish the order quickly, sample confirmation is very helpful. You can send us your old bag samples. We will check the size, thickness and quality, and make the same bags for you. If you do not have samples, we can also make new free samples based on your requirements.
